Benvenute carissime lettrici e carissimi lettori!
Sono Silvia, naturopata e nutrizionista svizzera. In questo blog troverete nuove ricette, sempre attuali secondo il periodo dell'anno. Uso ingredienti di stagione e principalmente prodotti locali che trovate anche a km zero. Le mie ricette sono quasi tutte vegane, le altre vegetariane, molte anche senza glutine e sono tutte equilibrate dal punto di vista nutrizionale.
